Issue Summary

The Board guests section of the Enterprise dashboard might show more users than the users that are actually showed as guests in the Workspace Guests page of the Enterprise Workspace(s).

So far there's been found two unexpected/unintended states that a user can be in, that will make them show up as a guest in the Enterprise dashboard, but not show up as a guest in the Enterprise Workspaces:

• State #1: User has a collaborator-type license, and therefore shows up as a board guest in the Enterprise dashboard, but shows up as a member in the Enterprise Workspace instead; or
• State #2: User has a collaborator-type license, and therefore shows up as a board guest in the Enterprise dashboard; does not show up as neither a member or a guest in the Enterprise Workspace, but is a member of a board in the Enterprise Workspace.

Steps to Reproduce

We haven't managed to reproduce the issue yet.

Workaround

State #1: remove the user from the Workspace and re-add them back;

State #2: remove the user from the boards they're members of in the Enterprise Workspace(s) and re-add them back.
