Allow multiple file selection when uploading files to comments

      User Problem

      With the WYSIWYG Editor experience, it’s now impossible to select several files at once to upload to comments.

      Suggested Solutions

      Allow for the selection of multiple files similar to how the Attachments button behaves.

      Current Workarounds

      Users have to individually upload each attachment when using the comments
