Plugin not enabled on board - Error with JWT Token Retrieval in Power-Up

      Reported issue with the JWT token retrieval process. Despite the Power-Up being correctly installed and accessible on the board, a significant number of users are reporting an error when attempting to utilize features that rely on obtaining a JWT token via the t.jwt() function.

      The error reported by users is as follows:

      • Message: Plugin not enabled on board (Command: jwt)
      • Class: Error
      • Description: Collecting information about JWT function error

      This issue is particularly perplexing as it occurs despite the Power-Up being installed and seemingly operational for these users. It significantly impacts our ability to secure communications between the Power-Up and our backend servers, which is paramount for the functionality and security of the service.
