Issue Summary
Some users reported a sync issue where changes made on the app are not reflected on the web or server. Items remain stuck in the sync queue without any error indicators. The queue does not clear, even when refreshed, and users may have a large volume of changes pending
Steps to Reproduce
Our team is working to better understand how to reproduce the problem.
Expected Results
Once a change is made on a card in the iOS app, it should be immediately pushed and reflected in Trello on all platforms.
Actual Results
Changes do not occur and get stuck on the sync queue.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
