Card Copying/Moving Issue: Incorrect Positioning When Transferring Between Boards

Issue Summary

When a user copies/moves a card from one board to another, the card's position is not moving correctly. 

For example, when copying a card from Board 1 to Board 2, List B, and position 39, the card gets copied to Position 1 or 2. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have two boards with a large number of open cards.
2. Copy/move a card from Board 1 to Board 2, List B, and position 39.

Expected Results

The card gets copied to position 39. 

Actual Results

The card gets copied to position 1 or 2.
