Board visibility setting descriptions are incorrect when you create a board via the 'Create' button

Issue Summary

When you go to create a board via the 'Create' button, all of the board visibility setting descriptions say "Only board members can see and edit this board".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on the Create button at the top of the page 
2. Click on Visibility and notice all options show "Only board members can see and edit this board" description.

Each visibility shows the related description, i.e.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
