User Problem

An admin of a Workspace wanted to convert multiple members to observers at once so they could only read the content within a Workspace.
Currently, they need to go board by board and set each board member as an observer. And this can take a lot of time and effort if the Workspace has a large number of boards and members.

Suggested Solutions

Ability to set in the Workspace level multiple or all board members as observers.

Current Workarounds

Right now, it is possible via a few steps: to update a user’s role on each board they’re a member of to observer.
