As a Trello user I'd like to be able to move cards between boards without labels

Issue Summary

Right now when I move cards between boards the labels remain on the card and are added to the labels on the new board.

I'd like the option to remove labels from a card when moving it to a new board to avoid creating too many labels on the destination board.

This is an option that's already available when copying a card

Workaround

You can remove the labels from a card before moving it, or move the card, then delete that label from the destination board
