Issue Summary
Some users are seeing a workspace user limit banner despite having paid workspaces with active subscriptions.
We believe this is happening to users with paid Workspaces that have over 10 collaborators, so their Workspaces would be affected if they weren't upgraded.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open your Trello app on your mobile device if you have a paid subscription, and you should see the banner.

No Workspace limits banner

Workaround
Dismiss the banner once you're certain all of your Workspaces are not affected by collaborator limits. Workspaces that are not affected by collaborator limits are:
- All upgraded Workspaces
- Free Workspaces with 10 or lower collaborators

The fix for this issue started rolling out last week in our 2024.9.* release, this release is now available to 100% of users via our Play Store listing. Please update to the latest version for the fix and let us know if you see the issue again.
