Issue Summary

Attaching images with special characters, like parenthesis, can result in an unavailable image preview

Steps to Reproduce

1. add the attached image titled "test(5).jpg"  to card back description 
2. save the edit 
3. reopen the editor 

Expected Results

image preview is available 

Actual Results

Workaround

remove the special characters from the file name. In this case, remove the parenthesis
