As a Trello user, I'd like to rearrange/reorder all the action buttons on the card's back

User Problem

Users can only rearrange and order Butler buttons created to their cards when automating actions on their boards. Thus, limiting what the users can or can't reorder/rearrange on their cards like labels, buttons, etc.

As a result, users would like to have the possibility to rearrange/reorder the action buttons (Members, Labels, etc.) in an order that makes more sense to their use case. 

Suggested Solutions

We should allow users to reorder/rearrange any part of the card's back so that it makes more sense to them, similar to what they can already do with 'Custom Fields.'
