Remove the option "Permanently delete board" when closing a board. 

User Problem

The current closing board process option can sometimes lead users to accidentally delete their board by miss-clicking or not fully understanding our archive and deletion process. Removing the option would prevent such incidents.

Suggested Solutions

Remove the "Permanently delete board" option from the board closing process.

Instead, display a message that informs users that they can permanently delete their board by going to their "Closed boards list". Additionally, provide a link redirecting to the closed boards.
