Issue Summary
When a managed user is an Admin of free Trello Workspace and gets deactivated by the Org Admin and then Reactivated, they can get unexpectedly deactivated in their Trello Workspaces and can’t be reactivated if there are no other Workspace admin.
This is reproducible on Data Center: n/a
Steps to Reproduce
The user needs to be the sole Admin of a Workspace before deactivating them.
- Deactivate a user's Atlassian account;
- Reactivate them
Expected Results
The user get's access to all their Workspaces as Admin just like before the deactivation.
Actual Results
User is unexpectedly deactivated in their Trello Workspaces and can’t be reactivated if there are no other Workspace admin.
Workaround
The current workaround is for Trello Support to apply a Premium free trial to the Workspace via internal tools, and then use another internal tool to Sync Atlassian account profile. This reactivates the user at the Workspace level and allows the user to proceed with administering the Workspace. Note that users in this situation require support intervention and there doesn't currently appear to be a self serviceable workaround.
