User Problem

The customer uses mirror cards to show the same card on several boards in one Workspace. They want the original card and its mirror cards to always have the same status, either archived or unarchived.

Archiving works today. Unarchiving doesn't work. When the original card is unarchived, Automation can't find the mirror card because it's archived, so the mirror card stays archived. The two cards get out of sync, and someone has to find and unarchive each mirror card by hand.

Suggested Solutions

• Let the find a Mirror card action, and the other find-card actions, also search archived cards, either always or with an option like "include archived cards".

• Or add a mirror-card action such as "unarchive the mirror cards of the trigger card", or an option that keeps the original and mirror cards archived and unarchived together.

Current Workarounds

• Unarchive each mirror card manually: go to Board menu > Archived items on each board.
