User Problem

Users who manage multiple projects or clients across separate Trello boards  cannot use Planner's proactive AI scheduling effectively. Currently, the proactive scheduling sources setting only allows selecting the Inbox and a single board at a time. This prevents the AI from analyzing a user's complete workload across their workspace, making it impossible to generate a unified, cross-project daily schedule.

Suggested Solutions

• Allow multi-select capability in the "Sources" board selector under Planner > AI Settings > Scheduling > Proactive, enabling users to select multiple boards simultaneously.

• Provide an "All Workspace Boards" toggle/option to include all active boards within the workspace automatically.

Current Workarounds

Users must manually switch the single selected board in AI Settings depending on which project they are planning for, or manually drag and drop cards onto Planner across multiple boards without proactive AI assistance.
