Issue Summary

On the workspace member's page, there is a button on member rows to see which boards in the workspace the user has access to. Sometimes when you click that button, the popover briefly flashes, then disappears, and all the rows re-render. This causes the popover to close and the user to be sent back to the top of the page, losing the location they scrolled to. This is an intermittent error. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the member's page on a workspace with a lot of boards and users
2. Scroll down, so that you are no longer at the top of the page
3. click on the "boards" button for a user with boards
4. see that sometimes the popover closes and you are kicked up to the top of the page. 

Expected Results

The popover over showing the member's board's in the workspace would load and the page would stay at the same scroll location. 

Actual Results

Intermittently the popover closes and all the rows rerender and the user is put at the top of the page, losing their previous scroll location. 

Workaround

None, it doesn't fully stop functionality, but makes it much more frustrating.
