User Problem

Users who operate primarily from the board view without opening card back details (such as field technicians, daily task dispatchers, or WISP operators) want to format card titles with manual line breaks. Currently, hitting Enter or Shift + Enter saves/submits the card title rather than inserting a line break, making it difficult to cleanly separate key details (e.g., ticket ID, task summary, location/client name) into distinct visual lines on the card front.

Render multi-line card titles on the board view with preserved line breaks.

Current Workarounds

Typing long single-line text and relying on automatic text wrapping based on list width.
