User Problem

Users need to structure complex documentation and notes using combined formatting syntax (such as nested blockquotes, multi-level lists, and mixed styling) directly within the editor. Currently, unsupported nested combinations cause the parser to fail and silently drop user content during text rendering and paste conversion, creating confusion, data loss, and friction in daily workflows.

Suggested Solutions

Enhance the WYSIWYG and Markdown parser to natively support nested elements (e.g., blockquotes within list items), or implement graceful fallback handling that preserves raw text rather than stripping content when encountering complex nested syntax.

Current Workarounds

Users must manually separate formatting structures across distinct lines (such as placing blockquotes outside of list markers), use plain-text pasting, or re-apply styling manually through the editor toolbar.
