Issue Summary

When a user attempts to copy a card to a destination board with Private visibility, the copy action be blocked and the button is greyed out. No error message is displayed to the user. The issue can affect any users, regardless of their board-level permissions. Changing the destination board's visibility to Workspace visible does not resolve the issue. The issue appears to only happen when the target Private board has been inactive.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have two boards in a Trello Workspace, where the destination board is set to Private visibility.

1. Open any card on the source board.

1. Open the card back and select Copy from the Actions menu, or use the keyboard shortcut "E" when hovering over the card.

1. In the copy dialog, select the Private destination board and a list, then try click ** Copy.

Expected Results

The card is successfully copied to the selected destination board and list

Actual Results

The copy and move option is greyed out

Workaround

Creating a card directly on the destination Private board appears to resolve the issue for subsequent copy attempts to that board. Note that simply changing the destination board's visibility to Workspace visible does not resolve the issue.
