Issue Summary

Cards with full-color covers don't include the option to create a Jira work item, neither in the quick actions menu from the card front, nor in the card's actions menu on the card back.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a card
2. Open the card and select Cover
3. Select any color from the Color section
4. Select the full-color option from the Size section
5. Select the Actions (...) menu on the card back

Expected Results

There is an option to create a Jira work item from the actions menu.

Actual Results

The option to create a Jira work item from the actions menu is missing.

Workaround

Change the card cover to partial color, or no cover.
