Issue Summary

When a user receives an alert about a new comment on a board they've viewed recently, and they're not currently viewing the board where that alert was generated, then navigating to the comment from the alert drawer will not show the comment until the browser is refreshed.

Steps to Reproduce

Precondition: Have two boards (A and B), have two users (A and B)

1. As user A, open a card on board A
2. As user B, navigate to board A
3. As user A @ mention user B in a comment and save the comment
4. As user B, open the notification tray and navigate to the comment (it should appear for you as expected)
5. As user B, navigate to board B
6. as user A @ mention user B in a comment on the same card and save the comment
7. As user B, open the notification tray and navigate to the new comment 

Expected Results

The second comment appears on the card back

Actual Results

The second comment appears in the notification tray, but does not appear on the card back until board is refreshed

Workaround

Refresh the board to view the comment
