Issue Summary

Spell-check suggestions do not replace misspelled words when clicked on the Trello Windows desktop app. The spell-checker correctly detects and highlights errors, and displays correction suggestions, but selecting a suggestion fails to replace the original word. This affects both comments and task descriptions.

Steps to Reproduce

1)Open the Trello Windows desktop app

2)Navigate to any card

3)Type a misspelled word in the description or a comment (e.g., "recieve")

4)Observe the word is highlighted in red (spell-check detection works)

5)Click on the highlighted misspelled word

6)Click on one of the suggested corrections from the popup

Expected Results

The misspelled word should be replaced with the selected correction (same behavior as the Trello web browser experience).

Actual Results

The misspelled word remains unchanged — the suggestion is not applied. This occurs in both card descriptions and comments, making the spell-check feature unusable on the desktop app.

Workaround

Use Trello via the web browser, where spell-check suggestions replace words as expected.
