Issue Summary

After uploading an image attachment to a Trello card, the "..." (more options) menu next to the attachment (in the attachments list) does not display the "Make Cover" / "Remove Cover" options until the page is refreshed. This behavior is inconsistent across browsers — Firefox and Safari require a refresh to surface the options, while Chrome and the Desktop app display them correctly without a refresh.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Firefox or Safari.
2. Open any Trello card.
3. Upload an image as an attachment to the card.
4. Once the upload completes, click the "..." menu next to the newly uploaded image in the attachments list.
5. Observe the available options in the ... menu.
6. Refresh the page, observe the available options in the ... menu next to the attachment in the attachment list

Expected Results

The "Make Cover" and "Remove Cover" options should appear in the "..." menu immediately after upload, without requiring a page refresh.

Actual Results

The "Make Cover" / "Remove Cover" options are absent from the "..." menu after upload in Firefox and Safari. The options only appear after manually refreshing the card. (Chrome and the Trello Desktop app are not affected and display the options correctly.)

Workaround

After uploading an image attachment, refresh the card page to force the "..." menu to display the cover image options.
