User Problem

The time picker on web displays a dropdown with 30-minute intervals as the default selection method. While manual time entry is still available, the dropdown's prominence makes it less obvious, particularly for users who need to set times outside of 30-minute increments.

On mobile, the time picker already allows hour and minute selection separately, but this experience is not available on web.

Suggested Solutions

Introduce two separate dropdowns in the web time picker, one for the hour and one for the minutes. This would allow users to scroll to any time they need without having to type manually, and would bring the web experience in line with the existing mobile experience.

Current Workarounds

Users can type a specific time directly into the time field.
