When using the global search function in Trello, it is possible to find and access public workspaces and boards belonging to individuals outside our organization.
Example:
- Enter "Marina" in the global Trello search.
- A personal workspace belonging to a person who is not employed by our company appears in the search results.
- The workspace and/or its public boards can be viewed.
Question / Assessment:
Is this behavior expected? If so, should search results be restricted to company-related content to avoid confusion and improve the user experience?
Expected Behavior:
- Either only company-related content is displayed in search results.
- Or external public workspaces are clearly identified as such.
