Unable to use Gmail add-on due to missing TrelloBuilder library

      Trello is currently working on migrating the Trello for Gmail add-on to a different backend system for future stability and better future technical support. This migration is not the cause of the issue, and it should resolve this issue once it's complete.

      This migration requires new approvals both from within Atlassian and from Google, and that's the stage we're in now.

      Issue Summary

      When trying to use the Gmail add-on, some users are seeing the following error:

      "Library with identifier TrelloBuilder is missing (perhaps it was deleted, or you don't have read access?)"

      Steps to Reproduce

      Trello team cannot reproduce.

      Expected Results

      Users can create cards from emails using the Trello for Gmail add-on.

      Actual Results

      The following error message is displayed:

      "Library with identifier TrelloBuilder is missing (perhaps it was deleted, or you don't have read access?)"

      Workaround
