User Problem

Users are searching for cards using the global search feature. When results are returned, cards from both open and closed boards are displayed. However, there is currently no clear indication in the search results that a card belongs to a closed board. This can make it difficult for users to quickly identify and select cards on active boards, potentially leading to confusion or wasted time.

Suggested Solutions

Display a clear and visible message, maybe with colors next to search results, explicitly saying that the card is from a closed board. For example, adding a “Closed Board” label in red on the right side of the card results view would help users quickly identify which cards belong to closed boards, allowing them to more easily locate the correct, active cards.
