Issue Summary

Autoscroll doesn't work when hoving a card near the top or bottom of a list.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a list with more cards than can be displayed
2. Drag and hold a card near the bottom or top of the list

Expected Results

When there are more cards than can be displayed, hovering a card near the bottom or top of a list autoscrolls within that list.

Actual Results

When there are more cards than can be displayed, hovering a card near the bottom or top of a list does not automatically scroll. 

Workaround

Scroll to the desired position, then drag the card into the list.
