User Problem

Member has 2 characters in their display name in their Atlassian profile, which is different to their Trello username.
Currently, the @ mention functionality only starts the search until after 2 characters.

For example, a member may have a non-Latin name in their Atlassian profile with only 2 characters.

Suggested Solutions

When @ mentioning a member, start the search at 1 character or 2 character, so it's aligned with the behaviour in other Atlassian apps such as Jira and Confluence.

Current Workarounds

• Search by the member's Trello username.
• Or the member will need to update their full name in their Atlassian profile to 3 or more characters.
• Or ensure the member's Trello username closely matches their display name in their Atlassian profile.
