Automation does not prompt to update time zone if there is a timezone discrepancy

      Issue Summary

      Users scheduled automations are running at different times due to a discrepancy between Automation's default time zone and the user's time zone.

      The time zone prompt in the Automation library doesn't appear for the user to self-serve updating their timezone to the correct one

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a scheduled automation
      2. Change the user's computer time zone
      3. Go back to the Automation library

      Expected Results

      If there is a discrepancy between the Automation time zone and user's time zone, then the time zone prompt should appear so the user can correct this.

      Actual Results

      The time zone prompt does not appear so the user cannot self-serve.

      Workaround

      Users need to reach out to support to investigate.
