Issue Summary

Workspace guests can't change automation button visibility. There are combinations of automation button visibility settings that permit a Workspace guest to use the button, however the abilility to personally hide/show a button is currently only available to Workspace members.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have two accounts (A, and B)
2. From account A, create a card button with visibility settings:
   1. Board visibility: On this board
   2. Member visibility: Workspace members
3. Invite account B to the board, but not the Workspace
4. From account B, open Automation > Buttons on the board
5. From account B, select Change visibility

Expected Results

Guest can show/hide the button by toggling 
Hide this automation on this board for me only

Actual Results

Guest sees the message, "This setting can be changed only by members of the Workspace."

Workaround

No workaround.
