Issue Summary
After a manual adjustment to the Trello workspace trial end date by Atlassian billing support, the “Trial” banner is still shown to all workspace members (except the requester/admin), even though the workspace is now on a paid subscription. The banner does not clear for other users. No apparent cache issue—verified in incognito/private mode and across multiple users.
Steps to Reproduce
- Start with a Trello workspace that is on a free trial.
- Atlassian support manually changes the trial end date and converts the workspace to a paid subscription.
- Observe the workspace as different members (admin and regular members).
Expected Results
Once the workspace switches to a paid subscription, the “Trial” banner should disappear for all workspace members.
Actual Results
The “Trial” banner continues to display for all workspace members except the admin who requested the change. This persists even after logging out, clearing cache, and using private/incognito mode.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. The banner remains visible to all workspace members (except the admin) and cannot be dismissed until the original date is passed.
