      User Problem

I want a way to easily select and prioritize cards from multiple boards to represent "what I want to work/focus on today" without assigning them to a timeslot.

      Suggested Solutions

Perhaps a section in planner that represents tasks that you want to complete today, but that you don't want to schedule time for.

In the ideal solution, I can...:

      1. I can easily select and aggregate cards from multiple boards. This
list will often represent "what I want to work/focus on today".
      2. I can reorder items in this aggregated list to indicate their
      priority or sequence.
      3. I can quickly view this list on mobile without opening the app.
      4. I can mark items as done on mobile without opening the app.
      5. I can easily view this list on the browser version.

      Existing features are insufficient because:

      1. Inbox is meant as a place to gather incoming todos rather than as a
place to organize work that needs to get done
      2. Card mirroring is tedious for this type of purpose, especially on mobile
(compared to a few taps to "flag" or "flag for today" or "add to focus
      list")
      3. Filtering does not aggregate across lists or boards, so that cards
must be viewed in place and cannot be reprioritized or resequenced against
      each other.
      4. Planner is for noting a specific time to do a given task. It is not
an aggregated list of priority tasks, and forcing associationg of a task
with a time block does not work for all task types or methodologies.

      5. Workspace views can't be reprioritized or easily viewed on mobile

      Current Workarounds

Use card mirroring to mirror cards on boards to inbox, then use the inbox widget on mobile. (This forces inbox into the role of to-do list, rather than task collector.
