User Problem

Users need a way to provide guidance or context for a list without adding cards for that. Currently, there is no native way to include descriptions or instructions directly on a list, which makes it harder to communicate the purpose or details of a list to team members.

Suggested Solutions

Introduce a "List Description" field that allows users to add and edit descriptive text directly on each list. This field would be visible at the top of the list and would not be affected by card sorting or list actions.

The ability to pin cards on the top would also solve this.

Current Workarounds

Users currently add a dedicated card to the list to provide guidance or information. However, this card can be moved depending on the list’s sort order and affects the total card count, which may cause confusion.
