Respect Base URL when requesting assets from a URL

      User Problem

      A user has reported that Trello does not respect the base URL set on a page. This can happen Trello tries to retrieve a preview of a webpage linked in a Trello card.

      Instead of respecting the base URL configured in that page's HTML, Trello requests the exact link pasted by the user. This can be seen as malicious activity from the host side, since it looks like a bot attempt to brute-force URL locations.

      Suggested Solutions

      Request HTML to look for Base URL settings before rendering URL previews in all cases.
