      Package Tracker PowerUp doesn't work.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1)Install the Package Tracker Power Up on a board
      2)Create a card
      3)Click Track Package and attempt to add a tracking number
      4)Attachment is created
      5)Nothing happens when Track is clicked

      Expected Results

      It should show the information when clicked.

      Actual Results

      Nothing happens when Track is clicked.
