Apply Dormant deletion policy on managed account

Suggested Solutions

As of now, the policy only applies to free and non-managed users. However, it would be beneficial if the same policy could be applied to managed accounts as well. This way, dormant Trello accounts could be deleted without having to delete the entire Atlassian account.
