Issue Summary

When attempting to download an attached file from Trello on public boards, the file opens the preview in a new window instead of downloading directly. This is a change from previous behaviour and can be replicated.

It happens across all browsers, specific to only images/videos. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a public Trello board with an image or video attachment on a card.

1. Click the 'Download' icon next to the attachment.

1. Observe that the file opens in a new browser window instead of downloading.

Expected Results

Clicking the 'Download' icon should initiate a direct download of the file.

Actual Results

The file opens in a new browser window.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour.
