Issue Summary

Workspace admins cannot remove guests with deactivated accounts from the Workspace guests page because clicking “X Remove” opens an empty, non-functional modal.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the /members page of a Trello Workspace that has at least one guest with a deactivated account.
2. Click the “X Remove” button next to that guest.

Expected Results

Clicking “X Remove” opens a functional confirmation modal and, after confirming, the guest is removed from the Workspace and loses access to all boards in that Workspace.

Actual Results

Clicking “X Remove” opens an empty modal with no content or actions, and the guest is not removed from the Workspace.

Workaround

From the Workspace guests tab, click “View boards” next to the affected guest and then click “Remove” on each listed board individually until the guest is removed from all boards.
