Issue Summary

When adding multiple attachments to a card without previous attachments, the drag-and-drop reordering feature stops working.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Attach 3-4 files by selecting multiple files while attaching to a card that has no prior attachments.

1. Try drag and drop to reorder the attached files.

Expected Results

Should reorder the files, as per the intended order.

Actual Results

Does not work when you try to drag the attachments.

Workaround

Drag-and-drop works when you attach the files one by one.
