User Problem

When a user starts using Trello, rather than having labels expanded by default, their labels are always minimized. The ability to expand the labels might go unnoticed by the user if they are not instructed that the labels can be expanded.

Suggested Solutions

Change the default behavior to have the labels expanded once you land in Trello.

If that's not a possibility, there could be a pop-up the first time a customer interacts with a board that has named labels to let them know that they can expand those to view the information.

Current Workarounds

After clicking on top of the label the first time, it will make the labels remain expanded as the default setting.
