Card Repeater - Cannot scroll down to save repeat card

      Issue Summary

      When clicking on Repeat to create a repeat card, it isn't possible to scroll down to save the action. Happening on Chrome browser and desktop app mostly. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open a card
      2. Go to Power-ups > Card Repeater
      3. Click on Repeat

      Expected Results

      Select the repeat frequency and list, then click on Save to create the repeat card

      Actual Results

      The save button is not available since you cannot scroll down the page.

      Workaround

      Use one of the other supported browsers
