Issue Summary
The comment option is available for template boards on a Standard workspace.
Steps to Reproduce
1)Template Board option is available on the Premium plan. If you create a template board while on the Premium plan and later downgrade to the Standard plan, the board will remain a template.
2)After downgrading your subscription to the Standard plan, the board will still be a template, and you will not have the option to convert it back to a normal board.
3)In a Standard workspace, template boards display the option to add comments.Ideally, the comment option on a template board should be greyed out.
4)Although the option to add a comment appears, attempting to do so results in an error: "Your comment could not be added. Please try again."
Expected Results
The comment option should not be available on a template board, or the board should automatically become a regular board, since template boards are not a Standard plan feature.
Actual Results
The comment option is available on template boards in a Standard workspace.
Workaround
1)Create a temporary Premium workspace.
2)Move the board to the new Premium workspace.
3)Convert the board back to a regular board from a template board.
4)Move the board back to the Standard workspace
