Issue Summary
Previewing mp4 video files is broken.
The issue can be reproduced in this public board: https://trello.com/c/rk3aU0xe/10-mp4
Steps to Reproduce
- Attach a mp4 video to a card
- Click on the attachment to preview it
Expected Results
The previewer lets you play the video
Actual Results
The previewer opens but it does not allow you to play the video
The console log shows the following error:

Note that 'media-src' was not explicitly set, so 'default-src' is used as a fallback. The action has been blocked.
Workaround
The "Open in a new tab" and "Download" works. So it's still possible to watch the video.
