Issue Summary

Users have reported that moving a list to a different board fails. The move will be successful after a few hours, until then, the moving list fails for every board member and board is getting slow 

Steps to Reproduce

The actions that have been reported as failing are:

• Click on the list menu
• Move to a different board
• Error pops up as "unable to move list"

Expected Results

The list should move to a different board successfully.

Actual Results

The list move fails, and the move will be succeeded automatically after a few hours.

Workaround

Currently customer is waiting for a few hours for the move to happen, which is affecting the productivity.
