Issue Summary
- Trello mobile app on iPhones sometimes fails to update boards in real time or after manual refresh.
- Card reassignment not reflected, leading to two users performing the same task.
- Issue affects multiple boards, and iPhone models.
Steps to Reproduce
Unknown. Reported steps are as follows, but are not consistently replicable:
- User A moves a card on their computer or phone
- User B checks Trello on the iOS app
- The lane does not reflect the move
- User B must force-close and reopen the app 2–3 times before it updates
- User B must force-close and reopen the app 2–3 times before it updates
- Users sometimes must reinstall the app to see changes
Expected Results
The app recieves realtime updates consistently, and if out of sync (separate from offline mode), it can be prompted to regain sync without force-closing the app or reinstalling.
Actual Results

- Users sometimes must reinstall the app to see changes...
Workaround
- Force-close and reopen the app 2-3 times, or reinstall the app regularly to confirm your board are up to date
