Ability to prevent Observers from copying a board and download attachments

      User Problem

      Users need more options to set permissions for board Observers, preventing them from downloading attachments and copying boards, as they only need to observe the information and should not be allowed to copy the board or attachments.

      Suggested Solutions

      Just like commenting on a card, allow the board admin to select whether observers can copy/download a board or an attachment.
