Issue Summary

Add options for tasks to recur at the end of the month and on a yearly basis.

Steps to Reproduce

1)Go to any card where a due date is set.
2)If you want tasks to recur at the end of every month or on a yearly basis, note that the monthly option is based on the due date—not specifically the last day of each month. There isn’t an exact option for the last day of every month.

Expected Results

There should be additional options for recurring tasks, such as the ability to repeat at the end of every month or on a yearly basis.

Actual Results

Currently, these options are not available.
