      Issue Summary

If an Atlassian org admin goes to deactivate a user via Atlassian Guard that has a premium personal workspace (users with personal workspaces automatically get premium personal offering as a part of being in a premium workspace) that user's membership in the Trello workspace will not be deactivated.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. As a Trello user have a personal workspace
      2. As an admin of an Atlassian org add that user to your workspace
      3. Via Atlassian Guard attempt to deactivate that member
      4. The member will no longer be on the workspace members page, but it will be counted as one of your active users and you will be billed for them.

      Expected Results

Deactivating a member via Guard should remove that member's membership to your workspace.

      Actual Results

      DeactivateMember results in error
Failed to cancel paid account for member
