As a Gmail user, I can more easily create cards in Trello Inbox from important emails so that I can quickly capture action items and reduce context switching.

      User Problem

      The current Gmail add-on requires users to open each email and use the add-on interface, which is time-consuming, especially for users with many boards. Unlike the general email-to-Trello feature, it also doesn't include support for Trello Inbox or AI-generated summaries.

      Suggested Solutions

      • Allow users to create cards in the Trello Inbox from the Gmail add-on
      • Allow users to create Trello cards from Gmail in other ways
      • Integrate AI to suggest card titles, descriptions, and due dates based on email content.

      Current Workarounds

      Users can send use the email-to-board or email-to-Inbox addresses to create cards in Trello from emails, with AI summaries applied.
